Instant Pot Chicken Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Sweet Corn drained
- 1 can Black Beans drained
- 1 can Rotel
- 2 cups Long grained rice
- 1 Green Pepper medium – sliced
- 1 Red Pepper medium – sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion medium – sliced
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 1/4 cups Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken
Instructions
- Pour some broth in the Instant Pot to cover bottom and place chicken breasts in
- Sprinkle Taco Seasoning
- Add your corn, black beans, rotel, peppers and onions
- Rinse the rice and add evenly to the pot, pushing it all down to submerge the ingredients with the rest of the broth
- Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes
- Natural release for 10 and then quick release
- Shred chicken, stir everything together and place lid back on with power off for 5 minutes
- Serve and garnish with anything extra you want for tasty goodness
