Instructions
Pour some broth in the Instant Pot to cover bottom and place chicken breasts in
Sprinkle Taco Seasoning
Add your corn, black beans, rotel, peppers and onions
Rinse the rice and add evenly to the pot, pushing it all down to submerge the ingredients with the rest of the broth
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes
Natural release for 10 and then quick release
Shred chicken, stir everything together and place lid back on with power off for 5 minutes
Serve and garnish with anything extra you want for tasty goodness
