Instant Pot Pork Chips

Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbs Butter
Instructions
- Mix sugar and spices
- Rub those spices all over your pork chops
- Set Instant Pot on high for saute mode
- Toss in butter and when hot, place pork chops in
- Brown each side for 1 minute
- Remove onto clean plate
- Pour in water and Better Than Bouillon to make 1 cup of chicken broth
- Scrap bottom to get the brown bits off with wooden utensil
- Place in pork chops, cancel saute mode, turn on Pressure Cooker and seal
- Pressure cook for 7 minutes
- Natural release for 10 minutes then quick release
- Serve with any sides you want. I enjoy mashed potatoes and veggies
