Chicken Ranch Bites
- Put the diced chicken breast chunks into a container with 1 tbsp of olive oil and ranch seasoning – stir, coat and let rest for 15 minutes in the fridge
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in skillet on high heat.
- Add chicken and spread into a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes
- Flip pieces and cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until 165F
- Serve with your choice of sides.
