Pour water into Instant Pot
Add 3 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken and stir
Break fettuccine in half, submerge under water
Cover and seal vent, pressure for 7 minutes
Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release
Pour in heavy cream, yolk, melted butter and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and mix well
Add salt and pepper to taste, top off with rest of parmesan cheese and enjoy!
